GNOSIS Ethical Intelligence Inc. ("GNOSIS", "we", "us") operates this website and the interactive KARAT demonstration on it (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we handle and how. We are based in Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, and we follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Information you give us. If you email us or ask about a pilot, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to send.
- The interactive demonstration. The KARAT console on this Site runs entirely in your browser. Anything you type into it stays on your device. We do not receive it and we do not store it.
- Standard technical data. Our hosting provider automatically logs ordinary technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the Site. This is standard server logging.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not run advertising. We do not build profiles of visitors or track you across other websites.

How we use information
We use the information you send us only to reply to you, to discuss or provide a pilot or service if you engage us, and to keep the Site secure and working.
Who we share with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, such as our website host and our email provider, and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it, or as the law requires, and then we delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights

Visitors from outside Canada
We operate from Canada. If you contact us from another country, your information may be processed in Canada, which may have different privacy laws than your own.
Children
This Site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
